The fully automatic shearing and welding machine can autonomously shear and use precision sensors to monitor the edge of the strip in real time. Through PLC control, the actuator automatically compensates for any deviation from the centerline, ensuring extremely high overlap between the strip head and tail. This effectively solves the welding misalignment problem that easily occurs during manual operation.

The high-precision welding produced by automatic alignment results in smooth and narrow welds, with weld strength typically exceeding 90% of the base material. This design allows the weld to pass smoothly through subsequent forming rollers or stamping dies without the need for secondary grinding, protecting the die and reducing the risk of strip breakage.
