Cold Rolled Wire Ribbed Machine

Our main export product is the three-sided cold-rolled ribbed steel bar mill, which includes a wire feeding and straightening section, a diameter reduction and thread rolling section, and a wire take-up section. The thread rolling is achieved by extrusion forming using a three-sided thread die. The produced ribbed steel bars can be used in large-scale construction projects such as bridges, as well as in smaller components such as utility poles, making them widely applicable.
