Galvanized Wire Production Line

After the drawn metal wire is annealed, it enters the galvanizing process. First, it needs pretreatment such as pickling and water washing, and then enters the galvanizing pool. This is the most core process. It can be divided into electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. Electro-galvanizing uses an electrolytic deposition method to form a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel wire. Hot-dip galvanizing immerses the steel wire in molten zinc liquid at high temperature to form a thick zinc-iron alloy layer.
