The core equipment of the entire production line is the plastic extruder, which has a high plasticizing capacity and can ensure that the PVC material can be fully melted and homogenized.

The screw is made of high-strength alloy steel and chrome-plated to meet the high corrosion resistance and wear resistance required in PVC processing. The screw features a special design to reduce shear heat generation and prevent PVC from decomposing due to localized overheating.
