Phosphated Annealed Wire / Special Wire for Self-Drilling Screws

Manganese-based phosphated steel, after surface phosphate treatment, not only enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the steel wire, but also stores lubricating grease, reduces friction, and improves the fatigue resistance and service life of the wire rope. It is often used in the manufacture of high-performance wire ropes, especially for its lubricating and friction-reducing effects in cold working of metals.
