Grassland Fence Machine

Table of Content [Hide]

The most crucial difference between grassland netting machines in terms of weaving technology lies in the knotting method between the warp and weft wires. The hinge knot mesh, also known as the cattle fence mesh, is the most widely used, suitable not only for most ranches but also for fencing equipment in grassland construction, landscaping, and farms. The fixed knot mesh, due to its strong structural stability, is generally used specifically for raising deer and other animals with strong jumping abilities. The square knot mesh is specifically used for raising horses; its relatively flat surface is mainly to prevent horses' hooves from getting caught in the mesh and causing injury while running.

Our main export product is the hinged knot cattle fence mesh machine, which comes in three types: mechanical, PLC-controlled, and high-speed mechanical.

The mechanical model is the most commonly used. It is stable, reasonably priced, durable, and very easy to use. Its operating speed is 45-55 knocks/min. The difference between it and the PLC model is that the weft spacing is adjusted via gears, with a range of 5-30cm.

The weft wire pitch of the variable frequency PLC CNC model is numerically adjustable with a large adjustment range. The machine has an operation panel during operation and runs at the same speed as the standard mechanical model.

The high-speed mechanical-type hinge-joint fence machine shares the same fixed range of cross-wire spacing as the standard mechanical model; however, it incorporates a cross-wire detection system and weaves each cross-wire with an individual knot. Its weaving speed is significantly higher than that of standard mechanical or PLC-controlled models, reaching 55–70 knots per minute—or up to 80 knots per minute when operated by a skilled technician or engineer. With a potential 30% increase in daily output, this machine combines durability with high production speed, making it ideal for large-scale, high-efficiency factory operations.

In summary, there are three types of field fence machines available: the standard mechanical model is suitable for small-scale, stable production; the PLC-controlled model offers the flexibility to produce fences with diverse specifications; and the high-speed mechanical model is ideal for maximizing efficiency and achieving large-scale output. We also offer customizable models regarding mesh specifications, ensuring you can find a machine that perfectly meets your needs.
