Our company has unveiled an innovative Horizontal Straight-Line Wire Drawing Machine, combining the advantages of traditional straight-line drawing and water-tank drawing into a hybrid system.

This unique design overcomes the drawbacks of using a full water-tank wire drawing machine, where excessive surface smoothness can cause the wire to slip from the die, leading to drawing failures. At the same time, it resolves the issue in dry-type straight-line machines where the final wire surface may not be clean enough.

By integrating controlled wet drawing at key stages with precise straight-line processing, the horizontal design ensures optimal wire surface conditions. The result is wire that is perfectly suited for direct use in galvanizing production.

Compared to products made solely by straight-line or water-tank machines, wires from this hybrid system achieve superior galvanizing quality—producing smoother, more attractive, and more durable galvanized wire.
