	The rotating head is the core component of gabion mesh weaving. Our wheel core is made of cast steel, which can withstand highly wear-resistant environments. In addition, the overall machine design has been well-designed for the lubrication and wear resistance of the gears.
	The wire feeding system ensures consistent wire speed and protects the wire, reducing friction and damage, resulting in better corrosion resistance of the finished wire mesh during use. It also features a wire breakage alarm system under PLC control and can adjust the wire feeding speed quickly and promptly.
	The winding machine is welded from heavy-duty steel plates, with a wide base supported by four upright columns (H-type structure), providing extremely high mechanical rigidity. This heavy-duty design can withstand the enormous tensile force and weight generated during gabion mesh winding, effectively absorbing vibration and ensuring the stability of the equipment during high-speed or high-load operation.
